<li>Inspire, mentor, and develop a front‑of‑house team passionate about hospitality and excellence.</li>
<li>Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to build a high‑performing, motivated team.</li>
<li>Partner with the culinary team to maintain consistency, presentation, and quality across all menu items.</li>
<li>Manage food and beverage costs, analyze performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.</li>
<li>Curate and champion an innovative non‑alcoholic beverage program that elevates the guest experience.</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism, ensuring every visitor leaves delighted.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and sanitation across all operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>5‑7 years of Restaurant/Steakhouse Manager experience in upscale or fine dining.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle high‑volume operations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.</li>
<li>Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Restaurant hours 12 PM – 12 AM.</li>
