<p>Our client, a leading manufacturer in Stayner, ON , is seeking a <strong>Warehouse Associate</strong> to join their team. As a <strong>Warehouse / Material Handler</strong>, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material movement and inventory management.  This role will <strong>lead to permanent with benefits</strong> upon successful completion of 6 month probation. </p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Stayner, ON</p>

<p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$19.00 per hour / $20.25/hr after 6 months and permanent hire</p>

<p><strong>Shift:</strong> 7:30am - 4:00pm (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI)</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Inventory management and accuracy, cycle counts
<li>Order picking and packing, material staging, physical inventory
<li>Returns and putaways 
<li>Documentation and ERP transaction entry 
<li>General warehouse Support
</ul>
<strong>What's Needed?</strong>

<ul>
<li>High School Diploma.
<li>2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred.
<li>Solid understanding of inventory control processes, order picking, and shipping/receiving functions.
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred) 
<li>Valid driver’s license: must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification if required.
<li>Able to pass a Criminal Record Check and comply with internal safety and conduct policies.
