You'll be part of a team that's committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of everyone in our aquatic spaces.<br><br><b>WHAT </b><b>WILL I BE DOING?</b><br><ul><li><b>Respond to Emergencies</b>: Act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations, following all training and safety protocols.</li><li><b>Enhance Guest Experience</b>: Make thoughtful recommendations to your Supervisor to improve guest satisfaction and facility operations.</li><li><b>Maintain Cleanliness</b>: Keep all areas spotless, including entranceways, lobby, multi-purpose rooms, first aid areas, pool decks, hot tubs, and change rooms.</li><li><b>Organize Pool Areas</b>: Ensure pool decks, chairs, and equipment are clean, orderly, and ready for guest use.</li><li><b>Deliver Outstanding Service</b>: Follow up on guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li><b>Enforce Safety Rules</b>: Monitor pool areas and enforce rules related to smoking, drinking, chair reservations, and other safety policies.</li><li><b>Report Issues</b>: Document any damage, maintenance needs, or missing inventory items to ensure timely resolution.</li><li><b>Engage with Guests</b>: Provide accurate resort information and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and homeowners.</li></ul><br><b>WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?</b><br><ul><li>National Lifeguard Certification required.</li><li>First Aid with CPR 'C' required.</li><li>Recertification of awards to remain current will be required.</li><li>Partial completion of High School.</li><li>Previous customer service experience required.</li><li>Must be age 15 as per Ontario Legislation.</li></ul><br><b>AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE</b><br><br><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b><br><br>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
