The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Amico Affiliates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Station Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of station construction activities for the ECWE-SRS project. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of complex infrastructure projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee all construction activities at assigned stations, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.</li><li>Prepare, review, and manage construction schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.</li><li>Lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and labor, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure construction work meets design specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including project management, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks or delays, proactively implementing solutions to maintain project timelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in rail, transit, or large infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards.</li><li>Proven experience managing station construction or similar large-scale projects.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong><u>What Amico Can Offer You:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Employer Matching Retirement Program</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>At Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
