<p><b>Senior Product Manager - Social Platforms</b></p><p>As the <b>Senior Product Manager - Social Platforms</b>, you will define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our technology ecosystem that powers social and influencer programs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with <b>Marketing, Engineering, and cross-functional partners</b> to build scalable, innovative platforms that amplify our brand storytelling across <b>Influencer, Affiliate, Local Social, and Ambassador</b> channels.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the <b>long-term product vision and strategy</b> for social platforms, identifying new opportunities through market research, competitive insights, and stakeholder collaboration.</li><li><b>Own the product roadmap and backlog</b>, translating business needs into clear requirements and using data and user insights to prioritize development.</li><li>Transform customer and business insights into <b>actionable goals</b>, define <b>KPIs and success metrics</b>, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Track and report on <b>adoption, engagement, and ROI</b> of existing and new social products, including tools like <b>My Local Social</b>, as well as Influencer, Affiliate, and Creator platforms.</li><li>Partner with <b>engineering, marketing, and other business units</b> to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand trust.</li><li>Lead the <b>adoption and integration of emerging AI technologies</b> to enhance automation, personalization, and scalability across platforms.</li><li>Continuously <b>prioritize and optimize social initiatives</b> across all channels to maximize business value and user impact.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; <b>MBA or advanced degree preferred</b>.</li><li><b>5+ years of experience</b> in product management, ideally within <b>digital marketing, social commerce, or customer engagement platforms</b>.</li><li>Deep understanding of <b>Agile methodologies</b>, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.</li><li>Strong <b>analytical mindset</b> with proven experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.</li><li>Excellent <b>communication and stakeholder management skills</b>, with the ability to translate complex ideas across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Demonstrated success in <b>launching and scaling platform products</b> from concept to market.</li><li>Experience collaborating across <b>engineering, marketing, privacy, and legal</b> functions.</li><li>Ability to <b>navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization</b> and manage competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong grasp of <b>social media ecosystems</b>, <b>creator/influencer tools</b>, and <b>affiliate marketing platforms</b>.</li></ul><p></p>
