About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js, developing scalable web applications. Banking experience is a plus, and familiarity with GCP cloud services will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Implement responsive, scalable, and secure front-end and back-end components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Work with cloud platforms (GCP) to integrate application components into a cloud-native environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of fullstack development, REST APIs, and database integration.
- 5+ years of professional development experience.
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with GCP cloud services is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Downtown Toronto, ON
Contract Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
