<p><b>Senior Vendor Management Analyst</b></p>
<p>TFS currently has an exciting full‑time opportunity as a Senior Vendor Management Analyst, reporting to the Vice President, Legal. This role will reside in our Markham Head Office.</p>
<p>The Senior Vendor Management Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization adheres to TCCI's Vendor Management Framework (VMF). The role provides comprehensive support to Contract Owners throughout the entire Vendor Management lifecycle, develops essential tools and processes, maintains the vendor register, supports risk assessment of vendors, and facilitates training sessions to enhance the effectiveness of the Vendor Management Framework.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the organization adheres to the Vendor Management Framework (VMF).</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive support and guidance to Contract Owners throughout the entire Vendor Management lifecycle, including vendor sourcing using a competitive procurement process, definition of due diligence requirements, use of standard form contracts and monitoring of vendor performance and service levels.</li>
<li>Maintain the VMF, developing essential tools and processes.</li>
<li>Maintain the vendor register / inventory on SharePoint.</li>
<li>Support Contract Owners in risk assessment of vendor engagement.</li>
<li>Facilitate training sessions to enhance the effectiveness of the Vendor Management Framework.</li>
<li>Ensure optimal vendor spending by delivering high‑level insights and performance reports on vendor management.</li>
<li>Ensure timely contract renewals to maintain service delivery.</li>
<li>Assessment of need for exceptions to the compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Business Units and respective SMEs to resolve non‑compliance / contract breach issues.</li>
<li>Update the contract inventory to reflect the off‑boarding completion and termination of vendors.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>University Degree – Business, Finance or Related Discipline.</li>
<li>5‑7 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement and contract management, with an understanding of financial systems, processes and internal controls over financial information.</li>
<li>Depth knowledge of Vendor and Contract Management principles, including tools and best practices.</li>
<li>Analytical Thinking and Data‑Driven Decision Making.</li>
<li>Ability to build and manage relationships.</li>
<li>Change management and flexibility.</li>
<li>Planning and Implementation skills.</li>
<li>Business acumen and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills at all company hierarchy levels.</li>
<li>Personal integrity and ethics.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement mindset.</li>
<li>MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).</li>
