<p>One of our financial services clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced <b>Senior Salesforce Developer</b> to lead the technical design, development, and secure implementation of complex, scalable solutions across the company’s critical business functions, with a central focus on Financial Services. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and proven enterprise experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).</p>
<h3>MUST HAVE</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Financial Services Cloud (FSC):</b> Proven background working within the Financial Services Cloud, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.</li>
<li><b>7+ years of Salesforce Development experience:</b> Demonstrated experience in hands‑on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p>This role requires a combination of architectural leadership and direct, hands‑on development expertise to manage the entire solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Core Development:</b> Execute direct, hands‑on development, including writing, debugging, and optimizing business logic using APEX code, SOQL, and basic Lightning Web Components.</li>
<li><b>Declarative Automation Mastery:</b> Conceive, build, and deploy advanced, robust business process automation using Salesforce Flow (including sophisticated Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched, and Screen‑based Flows).</li>
<li><b>Technical Blueprinting:</b> Chair technical discovery and solutioning sessions with business partners to design resilient and efficient platform structures.</li>
<li><b>Requirements Translation:</b> Convert high‑level organizational needs into comprehensive technical plans and execution roadmaps.</li>
<li><b>Data Integration Expertise:</b> Design and implement data management strategies, specifically using ETL utilities for data synchronization and migration.</li>
<li><b>Real‑Time Integration:</b> Provide solutions and perform development for Salesforce integration with outside systems, specifically using live APIs for real‑time data exchange.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Platform Expertise</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Financial Services Cloud:</b> Build and enhance functionality specifically within the Financial Services Cloud, along with core features of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms.</li>
<li><b>Security & Compliance:</b> Implement and manage Salesforce’s advanced security features, including Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field History Tracking (features of Salesforce Shield).</li>
<li><b>FSC Customization:</b> Deeply tailor the Financial Services Cloud platform using its unique data model, configuration best practices, and specialized components.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications & Expertise</h3>
<p>The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation and demonstrable experience operating at a senior capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.</p>
<h3>Required Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Platform Tenure:</b> A minimum of seven years’ professional experience managing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.</li>
<li><b>Technical Proficiency:</b> Demonstrated experience in hands‑on APEX coding, SOQL queries, and Lightning Components.</li>
<li><b>Automation Depth:</b> Roughly three+ years of focused, practical experience developing and maintaining complex automations using Salesforce’s primary declarative tool (Flows expertise).</li>
<li><b>Financial Expertise:</b> Proven background working within the Financial Services Cloud, including a clear grasp of its native data structure, configuration best practices, and custom feature deployment.</li>
