At Syntronic, your work will make a real difference.</p><p><u><b>What we're looking for:</b></u></p><p>We are seeking individuals who want to:</p><ol><li>Collaborate with <b>top-tier clients</b> on transformative, cutting-edge projects.</li><li>Engage with and learn from <b>industry leaders</b>.</li><li><b>Innovate</b> from concept to completion, ensuring high standards.</li><li>Gain <b>international experience</b> on global projects.</li><li>Thrive in an <b>entrepreneurial environment</b> that supports new ideas.</li><li>Explore <b>multiple sectors</b> like telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and industrial automation.</li></ol><p>You will work in a cross-functional development team in which continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of the daily work.</p><b>What you'll do</b><ul><li>Requirement analysis</li><li>Block diagrams</li><li>Schematic capture</li><li>Work closely with the layout team to produce a high-quality PCB</li><li>Write design specifications</li><li>Write and execute designer verification test plans/results</li><li>Understand and meet project schedules and costs</li><li>DFT, DFM</li><li>Simulation</li><li>Integration</li></ul><b>What you'll need to get the job done</b><ul><li>10-15 years’ experience and bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Ability to lead a complete design from start to finish.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend various hardware specifications.</li><li>Ability to review customer or marketing SOWs and PRDs.</li><li>Ability to write detailed design documents.</li><li>Willingness to do DVT work as well as design work (own the full product cycle).</li><li>Experience in design and testing of analog and digital circuitry to realize embedded system design.</li><li>Microcontrollers, memory, signal processing, sensors.</li><li>High-speed serial interfaces such as CPRI, PCI-E, Ethernet, and JESD protocols.</li><li>Constraints management and coordinating PCB layout activities.</li><li>Driving issues to closure.</li><li>Schematic capture (OrCAD or Altium).</li><li>Ability to participate in project scheduling and to meet the schedule that is agreed to.</li></ul><b>What will make us REALLY love you</b><ul><li>Experience in one or more of the following:</li><li>FPGA Design.</li><li>Power Supply Design.</li><li>Analog Circuit Design.</li><li>System design involving multiple disciplines.</li></ul><p><u><b>What you’ll love about us:</b></u></p><p>At Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset.
