The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce configuration experience along with strong stakeholder and project management skills.</p><p>This role is <b>70% Salesforce Administration</b> and <b>30% Business Analysis</b>, offering a perfect blend of technical and functional exposure.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including configuration, workflow setup, custom form creation, and user management.</li><li>Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.</li><li>Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Manage priorities across multiple Salesforce initiatives (Admin work, BA activities, and minor PM responsibilities).</li><li>Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices and process improvements.</li></ul><p><b>Must-Have Skills</b></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in <b>Salesforce Administration</b> (configuration, workflows, forms, dashboards).</li><li>Proven experience as a <b>Salesforce Business Analyst</b> or hybrid <b>BA/Admin</b> role.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of <b>Salesforce functional design</b> and reporting.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
