Reporting to our CEO, Tod, you’ll be responsible for delivering on revenue targets, scaling our revenue team, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.</p><p>You’ll collaborate closely with both the creative and media teams to ensure lead generation matches planned growth, while coaching your team to hit results consistently and confidently. This is a role for a driven, metrics-focused leader who thrives in high-performance environments and genuinely enjoys building and winning with a team.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>Revenue Leadership</h3><ul><li>Own and drive company revenue targets</li><li>Build and manage dashboards to track performance and forecast growth</li><li>Align sales activities with lead generation and media campaigns</li><li>Optimize pricing, offers, and conversion strategy with the marketing team</li></ul><h3>Team Development</h3><ul><li>Lead and coach a growing sales team with a culture of accountability</li><li>Recruit top talent and onboard them for high impact</li><li>Host regular reviews, trainings, and performance improvement systems</li><li>Oversee SOPs, performance reports, and operational process improvements</li></ul><h3>Strategic Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner with the General Manager to align business and revenue goals</li><li>Coordinate closely with creative teams to ensure content fuels lead flow</li><li>Support high-level community and brand initiatives (At-Risk Youth, Kings Club)</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in sales leadership or revenue management roles</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams to exceed $30M+ in annual revenue</li><li>Deep familiarity with CRM platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot</li><li>Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for forecasting and revenue analysis</li><li>Experience with contract tools (e.g. PandaDoc, DocuSign) and call coaching tools (e.g. Gong, Chorus)</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>Strong track record building commission structures and high-performance cultures</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience in high-growth startups, digital products, or creator-led brands</li><li>Familiarity with paid media strategy and aligning it with sales goals</li><li>Tools we love: Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, Canva, Zapier, Meta Ads</li></ul><h3>You’re a Great Fit If You…</h3><ul><li>Love working toward clear goals and pushing your team to win</li><li>Balance hustle with systems thinking</li><li>Are data-driven and energized by performance</li><li>Stay cool under pressure and bounce back fast</li><li>Want to work with people, not just over them</li><li>Are hungry for more than a job, you want a mission</li></ul><h3>Why Kelowna?
