This is a founder-level role inside the studio, you will recruit elite Business Leader / Technical Leader pairs, drive presales, oversee GTM launches, and take ventures from Day 0 to $1M ARR within 12 months.</p><p>You will be fully embedded inside Martell's incubation system, equipped with distribution (Dan Martell's network), proven playbooks, and a dedicated support team. Your mandate: incubate one company per month, ensuring each hits F10/F50 milestones on schedule.</p><p> <strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Founder Recruiting & Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li>Source, vet, and onboard elite Business Leaders & Tech Leaders for new ventures.</li><li>Run recruiting pipelines, interviews, and founder-market fit assessments.</li><li>Structure compensation & equity frameworks using Martell Ventures templates.</li></ul><p><strong>Incubation Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Drive ventures through the 90-Day Sprint (MeVO → F10 → F50 → F100+).</li><li>Oversee validation, presales, and first 50 customer launches.</li><li>Build scorecards, run standups, and track weekly L10s for accountability.</li><li>Continuously refine the incubation system—optimize with each cycle to scale incubation as a machine.</li></ul><p><strong>Go-to-Market & Distribution</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Dan Martell's media team to secure pitches and distribution.</li><li>Design and execute outbound playbooks (cold email, LinkedIn, DMs, partners).</li><li>Support creation of media assets (decks, Looms, one-pagers) that convert early adopters.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Stand up CRMs, ad accounts, shared drives, and reporting systems for each venture.</li><li>Manage NDAs, term sheets, onboarding templates, and equity frameworks.</li><li>Ensure all IP, contracts, and budgets comply with MV standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Investor & Customer Interface</strong></p><ul><li>Support preparation for presell pitches, customer demos, and investor updates.</li><li>Maintain founder accountability with weekly scorecards & KPIs.</li><li>Protect Martell Ventures' and Dan Martell's brand by ensuring validation before public launches.</li></ul><strong>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
