This is a B2B role responsible for building relationships with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients, while providing tailored automotive solutions and driving sales growth.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage a portfolio of fleet and leasing clients.</li><li>Prospect and secure new business opportunities.</li><li>Build strong relationships with fleet managers, dealers, and decision-makers.</li><li>Present customized solutions, including vehicle selection, pricing, leasing, and financing options.</li><li>Stay current on manufacturer programs, incentives, and industry trends.</li><li>Provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>fleet sales, automotive retail, leasing, or B2B sales</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fleet management, leasing, and financing programs.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.</li><li>OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (asset).</li><li>Existing industry network and client base strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><em></em></p></p></p>
