Description

1. Manage a consolidated project plan and schedule, overseeing the day-to-day work of the DVS project team, including task assignments, prioritization, deliverables, issue resolution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, project communication, and project financials.

2. Provide regular communication and comprehensive status updates to leadership on all aspects of the DVS project, including future releases and client integrations. Prepare briefings, presentations, and other project documentation for Senior Managers and C-Level Executives to facilitate decision-making and obtain approvals.

3. Identify, monitor, escalate, resolve, and report project issues and risks specific to the DVS project. Maintain and update issues logs and risk registers for tracking and reporting purposes.

4. Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings for the DVS project. Track and manage action items, decision points, risks, and issues arising from these meetings, ensuring leadership is regularly updated.

5. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including client institutions, to ensure that project objectives, such as seamless integration of the DVS solution, are being achieved.

6. Work with internal and external service providers and partners to plan and align project dependencies and governance gate points, ensuring the integration of technical components and client-specific requirements.

7. Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all project resources, setting quality and performance expectations aligned with the DVS project goals.

8. Promote agile and scrum best practices within the project team, clients, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

9. Schedule and facilitate agile/scrum events for the DVS project, including backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while ensuring alignment with project priorities.

10. Guide and direct project teams to ensure that deliverables for DVS releases and client integrations meet sprint and project goals, adhere to quality standards, and are delivered on time.

Must haves:

  1. Manage a consolidated project plan and schedule, overseeing the day-to-day work of the DVS project team, including task assignments, prioritization, deliverables, issue resolution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, project communication, and project financials.
  2. Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings for the DVS project. Track and manage action items, decision points, risks, and issues arising from these meetings, ensuring leadership is regularly updated.
  3. Work with internal and external service providers and partners to plan and align project dependencies and governance gate points, ensuring the integration of technical components and client-specific requirements.
  4. 10+ years of project management/project coordination experience.
  5. 5+ years of process Improvement or product management project experience.
  6. ITIL V4 certification preferred.

- Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Agile certifications are a bonus.
