<p><strong>RQ09774 - Sr. Technology Architect</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown, Toronto (Wellesley  St)</strong></p> <p><strong>The candidate is required to come to the office 3 days a week</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract 5 months, possible extension</strong></p> <p><strong>Security Level: CRJMC (Must get clearance before start date)<strong><br></strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Deliverables</strong>:</p> <p>· Review and validate vendor Alpha deliverables (information architecture, data models, conceptual solution architecture, outcomes reporting) to ensure alignment with OPS standards (TRA, GO-ITS, GovTechON).</p> <p>· Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce and Dynamics CRM data, security, sharing, and integration models, including single-org vs. multi-org strategies.</p> <p>· Establish OPS platform guardrails to ensure Alpha outputs are scalable, secure, and interoperable.</p> <p>· Partner with business analysts and ministry stakeholders to ensure technical solutions reflect business and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>· Prepare decision-ready architecture documentation and recommendations for governance (e.g., Architecture Review Board, PSC, JESC, TB/MBC).</p> <p>· Anticipate and assess architectural risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity of knowledge across Alpha to Beta.</p> <p>· Act as OPS senior technical advisor, ensuring vendor work in Salesforce and Dynamics CRM aligns with long-term enterprise architecture priorities and OPS digital strategy.<strong ></strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of knowledge and experience supporting federal, provincial, or broader public sector healthcare projects, with a focus on reviewing and guiding vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with OPS enterprise systems, standards, and processes.</li><li>Expertise in assessing and guiding <strong>Salesforce </strong>and <strong>Dynamics </strong><strong>CRM </strong>solution implementations (e.g., <strong>Salesforce </strong><strong>LWCs</strong>, <strong>Apex</strong>, <strong>Flows</strong>, <strong>OmniStudio</strong>/<strong>Vlocity, Mulesoft; Dynamics Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse</strong>), including the ability to advise on single-org vs. multi-org strategies, to ensure alignment with OPS enterprise integration standards, TRA, and long-term maintainability.</li><li>Experience applying <strong>Agile </strong>methodologies, with the ability to review vendor sprint deliverables and guide design and deployment practices so they remain compliant with OPS requirements and feed into a prioritized <strong>MVP </strong>backlog for <strong>Beta</strong>.</li><li>Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation (options, recommendations, implementation plans, designs, strategies, change-management approaches) that are decision-ready for OPS governance bodies (e.g., project and executive steering committees, Architecture Review Board, TB/MBC).</li></ul> <p><strong><br></strong></p>
