<p><strong>RQ09572 - Sr. Business Analyst (CISO)</strong></p> <p><strong>407 and Dixie Rd</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - minimum 3 days a week in the office</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract (4 months, possible extension)</strong><strong></strong></p> <p><strong><strong>Security Level: OPP Level 4 (must get clearance before start date)</strong></strong></p> <p>The business analyst will review internal and external business processes and will be exposed to sensitive information relating to existing criminal intelligence operations and practices.</p> <p><strong>Scope:</strong></p> <p> CISO is embarking on a series of projects to upgrade existing IT applications or build new ones. </p> <p> This will require a formalized approach to documenting current and future states of workflows and data repositories; and new business requirements of new applications.</p> <p> The analyst will review deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to streamline outcomes and enhance service delivery.</p> <p><strong>The BA will be required to:</strong></p> <ul><li> produce Business requirements documents,</li><li>visios of business processes or conceptual IT architectural diagrams</li><li>powerpoint presentations of findings from their analysis</li><li>possibly summarize test cases<strong><strong></strong></strong></li></ul> <p><strong>Must-have:</strong></p> <ol><li><strong>CISO</strong> is embarking on several new projects in the near future, and are looking for someone with <strong>enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and to assist standing up a new Ministry program.</strong></li><li>The BA will assist in the design and implementation of this new office and must be <strong>well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements</strong>.</li><li> Illustrate Business processes, conceptual IT architecture diagrams in<strong> Visio</strong></li></ol> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Public sector</strong> experience</li></ul>
