About the Role:

NorthCo Services is growing, and we’re building out our siding crews!

We’re looking for a Siding Installer with experience, drive, and serious attention to detail. If you take pride in clean lines, quality craftsmanship, and want to work with a crew that actually cares - this is your shot.

This isn’t a starter role - we need someone who knows the trade and is motivated to keep getting better. At NorthCo, motivation and work ethic are a potent combo for growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install exterior siding (James Hardie, vinyl, aluminum) with a focus on clean, professional results
• Handle soffits, fascia, and eavestrough installation with accuracy
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and company equipment
• Communicate clearly with clients and Crew Chiefs
• Help maintain team morale and support overall productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in residential siding installation
• Valid Working at Heights certification
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and putting in a full day’s work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites
• Leadership mindset - motivated to improve and grow with the team (we want to invest in you and help grow your career as we expand)
