This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on empowering teams, improving operations, and driving both client satisfaction and performance excellence.</p><p>If you're ready to make an impact at a forward-thinking, sustainability-driven company, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Manager will oversee multiple facilities and teams, including Store Managers, Client Representatives, and Maintenance personnel, ensuring operational consistency, excellence, and accountability. You'll foster a strong culture of teamwork, sales performance, and customer-first service, while executing company initiatives and supporting continued growth across your region.</p><p>This is a role for a hands-on leader — someone who leads by example, coaches with empathy, and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Leadership & Team Development</p><ul><li>Recruit, coach, train and mentor high-performing managers and associates to achieve personal and team success.</li><li>Lead with transparency and integrity while building a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.</li><li>Provide regular performance feedback and training to strengthen skills in sales, operations, and customer engagement.</li></ul><p>Client Experience & Sales Performance</p><ul><li>Champion an exceptional, consistent client experience across all locations.</li><li>Drive sales performance through proactive lead management, community engagement, and effective promotional strategies.</li><li>Ensure teams are trained and motivated to meet occupancy, revenue, and conversion targets.</li></ul><p>Operational Oversight & Standards</p><ul><li>Maintain operational consistency through regular site visits, audits, and reviews of safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.</li><li>Oversee maintenance coordination, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.</li><li>Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.</li></ul><p>Accountability & Communication</p><ul><li>Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable to performance and procedural standards.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on goals and execution.</li><li>Deliver timely updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.</li></ul><p>Innovation & Growth</p><ul><li>Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives that drive regional performance.</li><li>Promote sustainable practices in alignment with Green Storage's environmental values and Net Zero commitments.</li><li>Support the rollout of new programs, technologies, and process improvements across the region.</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>Experienced Leader: Minimum 3–5 years in multi-site management or a senior operations role (self-storage, retail, property management, or hospitality preferred).</li><li>Sales & Service Focused: Proven ability to drive results through relationship-based selling and outstanding client service.</li><li>Operationally Strong: Skilled in managing budgets, workflows, and facility performance metrics.</li><li>Analytical & Strategic: Able to interpret KPIs, identify opportunities, and execute improvements.</li><li>Tech Confident: Proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace/MS Office, and adaptable to new tools and platforms.</li><li>Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication, with a collaborative and motivating leadership style.</li><li>Organized & Agile: Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.</li><li>Valid Driver's License: Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel regularly between regional sites.</li></ul><p>Why Join Green
