<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate with internal and external colleagues and subcontractors, consult, facilitate discussions, and build strong relationships;</li><li>Establish a high level of trust with the assigned Account Manager and act as the main liaison between operations and the manager;</li><li>Oversee project progress from post-sale through to delivery, including coordination with pre-production, production, transport, and installation teams, right through to preparing billing documentation;</li><li>Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;</li><li>Manage project budgets;</li><li>Track project costs to remain within budget and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed projects;</li><li>Apply project management principles such as planning, scope of work, timelines, quality control, and risk management;</li><li>Ensure the client onboarding process is smooth and transparent;</li><li>Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;</li><li>Facilitate meetings, track and assign action items, monitor progress, and follow project execution milestones;</li><li>Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;</li><li>Schedule meetings and prepare minutes.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>College or university degree in Business Administration, <span >Project/Construction</span> Management and/or 3–5 years of experience in a related field;</li><li>Written and spoken French/English required;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);</li><li>Strong skills in planning, priority management, and conflict resolution;</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills;</li><li>Must hold all required documents to work legally in Canada.</li></ul><p>We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, as this role involves frequent communication with colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.
