<p>Job Description:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Communicate and interact with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, workstream project managers, partners, and external parties</li><li>Developing methods to exhibit data / information from workstreams for ease of reference by stakeholders</li><li>Monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and work with project managers to implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Maintaining awareness of varying stakeholder requests while balancing core program objectives</li><li>Identifying, tracking, and logging issues for later resolution</li><li>Collaborating with team leaders and management to provide leadership, guidance, and support to meet program goals</li><li>Preparing relevant reporting for senior stakeholders to increase program oversight and accountability</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Education/Work Experience</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of project / program management experience</li><li>Ability to develop reporting to summarize, contextualize, and simplify data points</li><li>Experience working with product teams and understanding DevOps processes and configurations considered an asset</li><li>Experience working with Claims management.</li><li>English imperative, with Bilingualism (English/French) or the ability to speak an Indigenous language (i.e., Cree languages, Inuktitut, Ojibway etc.) considered an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technical Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Other Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to accuracy and maintaining high quality deliverables</li><li>Self-motivated, with an ability to work effectively with a minimal amount of supervision</li><li>Works well under pressure with a high attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in working with data and databases</li></ul>
