The Opportunity
HavenPoint Health is scaling rapidly — expanding from a single specialty business focused on Veterans to a national, multi-service healthcare network serving a diverse patient population. We are building a future where patients can access coordinated, high-quality care without barriers, and where providers are empowered by systems that work.
The President will be the senior operational and commercial leader of HavenPoint — driving strategy, accountability, culture, and execution across all business units. This person will be responsible for the full P&L, ensuring HavenPoint continues to scale efficiently while maintaining clinical excellence and a deeply human patient experience.
What You'll Lead
Business Growth & Performance
Lead business development strategies, including government and enterprise partnerships
Scale operational model to support new clinics, new regions, and new payer channels
Find new clients across both public and private pay sectors
Launch new services that build on current offering and expand into new verticals
P&L Ownership
Own enterprise-level financial performance and reporting
In conjunction with CFO, establish KPI's and reporting structure and cadence
Prepare quarterly and annual budgets with business performance projections
Enterprise Leadership
Act as second-in-command to the Portfolio COO and trusted partner on strategic planning and prioritization
Provide senior oversight across all existing business lines and future service expansions
Drive cross-functional alignment between clinical, operational, and commercial priorities
Operational Excellence
Ensure standardized, efficient processes across clinic operations, scheduling, intakes, billing, and compliance
Develop KPIs and a performance culture based on data visibility and measurable outcomes
Guide technology deployment and digital innovation to improve patient and provider experience
People & Culture
Lead and mentor HavenPoint's leadership team to become a cohesive, high-performing organization
Embed a culture of accountability, patient-centricity, and values-driven care
Play a visible role in recruiting top talent and maintaining strong provider relationships
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Represent HavenPoint externally with government bodies, insurers, referral organizations, and key partners
Work closely with Medical Directors and clinical leaders to align on patient care standards
Who You Are
A senior healthcare leader with 5+ years of executive experience, ideally within:
Community clinics, acute care, rehabilitation, mental health, or government-funded care
Multi-site, regulated healthcare environments with complex operational requirements
Proven track record of:
Scaling a business from regional operations to national footprint
Owning P&L and delivering sustained profitable growth
Navigating public payer systems and government contracts
Strong ability to build structure from complexity — knowing when to systematize and when to innovate
A leader who earns trust:
Collaborative and clear communicator
Values-driven and authentically patient-focused
Bonus:
Experience working with Veterans Affairs Canada, WSIB, RCMP programs, or first-responder healthcare
Understanding of mental health service delivery models
