Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Financial Management: Assist Sr financial Manager in tracking, forecasting, and creating reporting across the Finance & ERPM portfolio.
- Resource Planning & Challenge Function: Act as a financial gatekeeper, evaluating resource requests and ensuring alignment with available funding or identifying paths to secure additional funds.
- Governance & Reporting: Support the Director, Portfolio Delivery in providing accurate and timely financial insights, reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience in financial analysis, project control, or portfolio coordination within a large, complex organization.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, graphs).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA).
- Knowledge on Clarity data management (e.g., Spotfire reports) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is a plus.
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
Organizational Skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Collaboration
Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and build strong working relationships.
