<p>Choices Market in Parksville currently has a unique part-time professional opportunity for a Registered Holistic Nutritionist to support our customers with nutrition education.</p><p>Responsibilities of this position include:</p><ul><li>Engaging with customers and responding to questions in a caring and professional manner</li><li>Provide one to one nutrition tours to all new Choices Markets employees</li><li>Monitoring email: responding to tour requests preparing weekly updates (time commitment of 30-60 minutes per shift)</li><li>Providing support for online seminars and events (location specific)</li><li>Hosting in-person and online seminars</li><li>Building relationships with community members and partners and seeking out new relationships with partners in the wellness space</li><li>Innovate new nutrition programs and projects</li><li>Contribute nutrition content to the monthly Choices Market newsletter (as required)</li><li>Attend and participate in relevant events on behalf of Choices Market</li><li>Contribute to additional projects and support Nutrition Operations Manager (as required)</li></ul><p>The ideal applicant:</p><ul><li>Is passionate about food and nutrition, and is aware of current recommendations and trends</li><li>Holds a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN or CNP) designation.
