Your Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright , you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems within our manufacturing facility.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production lines, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all production, batching, and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems related to production, utilities, and HVAC.
  • Weld and fabricate using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment or system failures.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and layouts .
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols , especially when working with hazardous materials or energy sources.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records .
  • Perform other duties as required to support operations.

Your Profile

  • Valid Millwright Certification (433A)
  • 3 years of experience as Millwright in the food industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Experience in industrial maintenance , ideally within the food manufacturing industry
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn and share knowledge
