<p><p>Our client, a small accounting firm in North York, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract basis. There is a strong chance for this role to potentially convert to a full-time role for the right person. If you enjoy client relations, reviewing files and managing staff let us know.</p>

<h3>Base pay range</h3>
<p>CA$55.00/hr - CA$65.00/hr</p>
<h3>Accountabilities and Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Building strong relationships and delivering on client needs</li>
<li>Review work of staff (both on-shore and off-shore)</li>
<li>Assisting clients with evaluating requirements of accounting standards and analyzing frameworks</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education and Professional Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>CPA designation with at least five years experience in a public accounting firm</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of accounting policies and audit techniques re: ASPE compliance</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Caseware/Caseview, Excel, Word and Taxprep</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Must have experience in preparing personal tax returns</li>
</ul>
