Precious Gardens is seeking a highly organized, personable Project Manager to oversee our indoor and outdoor plant care projects across residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys managing crews and clients, and wants to grow into a senior leadership position within a premium landscaping brand.You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects end-to-end, ensuring quality execution, and supporting the growth of the business as we scale.Core ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate indoor and outdoor plant care projectsOversee job execution, scheduling, and crew managementAct as the main point of contact for clients during projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardRead and interpret construction and design plansCollaborate closely with ownership on operations and improvementsOver time, support sales, estimating, and project scopingRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong plant knowledge (indoor and outdoor plant care)Ability to read and understand construction or landscape plansProficiency with Adobe or similar design software (or willingness to learn)Experience or exposure to landscaping, construction, or related tradesHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at onceAdaptable and multi-skilled across operations, design, and field executionSoft Skills & Personal AttributesPersonable, professional, and customer-focusedRepresents a high-end, luxury brand with care and attention to detailReliable, focused, and disciplined (strong work ethic required)Coachable and eager to learn new skillsLong-term mindset with interest in growing alongside the businessTeam-oriented with a partnership mentalityCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)Office space provided (with kitchen and supplies)Use of company electric truck or kilometer allowanceOpportunity for future revenue-share incentives tied to performanceLocation & TimelineProximity to Burlington, ON preferredStart Date: Mid-February to March 2026Onboarding period provided ahead of peak seasonCategories: Landscaper, Project ManagerLocation: Burlington, OntarioPosted by UBILD
