With every project we undertake, we strive to redefine the possibilities and create spaces that transcend expectations, elevating how you live and experience your home.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct on-site measurements to ensure precision and accuracy for custom millwork fabrication.</li><li>Coordinate and manage millwork projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.</li><li>Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop project plans.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, fabricators, installers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Utilize Mozaik or equivalent software to review and assist with millwork drafting and design.</li><li>Oversee and troubleshoot production and installation processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence.</li><li>Maintain detailed project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in millwork project management or similar role within the custom woodwork industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Proficient in reading and understanding millwork shop drawings.</li><li>Experience using Mozaik or equivalent CAD/CAM software for millwork drafting.</li><li>Understanding of millwork installation procedures and best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.</li><li>Certification or degree in construction management, architecture, or related field is an asset.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with millwork fabrication is an asset.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><p>At SCG Millwork, you’re not just an employee – you’re part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of millworks and metalworks.
