<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Intune Administration: </b>Administer and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment, including configuration policies, compliance policies, and device enrollment.</li><li><b>Mobile Device Management (MDM):</b> Manage the lifecycle of all mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), from provisioning and deployment to decommissioning.</li><li><b>Mobile Application Management (MAM): </b>Deploy and manage corporate applications, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.</li><li><b>Policy Management: </b>Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, ensuring all devices meet security standards.</li><li><b>Troubleshooting: </b>Provide Tier 3 support for Intune-related issues, troubleshooting device and application deployment failures.</li><li><b>Reporting: </b>Generate reports on device compliance, application usage, and security posture.</li><li><b>Collaboration:</b> Work with other IT teams, including security, network, and help desk, to ensure seamless integration and support.</li><li><b>Documentation: </b>Maintain comprehensive documentation of all Intune configurations, processes, and policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education: </b>A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience as an Intune Administrator or in a similar role.</li><li>Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is a significant asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Certifications:</b></p><p>Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or a similar certification is highly preferred.</p><p>Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Technical Proficiency: </b>Deep understanding of MDM and MAM concepts and best practices.</li><li><b>Analytical Skills: </b>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li><b>Communication: </b>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li><b>Attention to Detail:</b> Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on security and compliance.</li><li><b>Team Player:</b> Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.</li></ul>
