Our client is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and own their hiring function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to attract, evaluate, and close world-class talent.


You will primarily focus on technical recruiting for engineering and product teams, while also supporting hiring across go-to-market and operations as the company scales.


What will you be doing?


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, partnering with external agencies, and via LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
  • Track and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health) to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
