<li>Manage trades using the firm’s capital accounts.</li>
<li>Design and execute profitable trading strategies.</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.</li>
<li>Monitor global financial markets and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Maintain risk management standards and trading discipline.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul>
<li>Deep interest in financial markets and trading excellence.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of trading or investment experience.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments.</li>
<li>Knowledge of coding (Python or Java) is a plus but not required.</li>
