<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Finishing Superintendent – Estate Homes</strong><br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $75,000 + Benefits<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Barrie/Oro-Medonte, ON</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Finishing Superintendent</strong> to oversee the final stages of construction on a high-end <strong>estate home subdivision</strong>. This role will work directly under the Senior Site Superintendent and play a key part in ensuring homes are delivered at the highest quality standard.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.</p></li><li><p>Perform detailed inspections of interior and exterior finishes to meet company and client expectations.</p></li><li><p>Support with <strong>Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)</strong> and homeowner walk-throughs when required, including addressing deficiencies and ensuring timely resolution.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to handle homeowner concerns and warranty issues during busy periods.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project timelines, schedules, and ensure work is completed within budget.</p></li><li><p>Be hands-on when necessary to assist with minor finishing tasks and problem solving.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> as a Finishing Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, ideally in estate home or large-scale residential construction.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of finishing trades including drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and millwork.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to conduct PDIs and resolve deficiencies efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to step in and problem-solve.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage trades and interact with homeowners.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</p></li></ul><p>This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on <strong>large-scale estate homes</strong> while being part of a reputable builder with a strong track record of quality and client satisfaction.</p></p></p>
