<p><b>Job Title: </b>Project Manager/Leader - Senior</p><p><b>RQ: </b>RQ09573</p><p><b>End Date:</b> Mar 2026 (likely an extension)</p><p><b>Extension # of Days:</b> 246.00</p><p><b>Location: </b>Toronto, ON</p><p><br></p><p><b>Notes:</b> Assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Must-haves:</b></p><ul><li>Manage enterprise scale IT modernization and cybersecurity programs protecting Critical Value Assets (CVAs) </li><li>Data Projection and Information Security</li><li>Project, Senior Leadership in cybersecurity domain</li><li>Critical Value Assets (CVAs) </li><li>Deep expertise in information security domains and controls, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) design and implementation, database activity monitoring (e.g., IBM Guardium), encryption, tokenization, and key management </li><li>Proficient with Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, PKI), network security controls (firewalls, NAC, SASE), and both cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem security domains </li><li>Solid understanding of security operations tools (SIEM - Splunk/Sentinel, SOAR, EDR) and governance frameworks (PMBOK, ITIL, ISO 27001, FIPPA/PHIPA)</li></ul>
