We take pride in delivering high-quality service and technical expertise to our customers while maintaining efficient operations in our warehouse and distribution network.</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join our Sarnia team. This dual role blends front-line customer support with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Knowledge of paint and coatings would be an asset.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Customer Service:</p><ul><li>Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system.</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and knowledgeable support.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.</li><li>Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and address any issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall service efficiency.</li></ul><p>Warehouse Operations:</p><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.</li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.</li><li>Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.</li><li>Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).</li><li>Assist with inventory counts and reporting.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Coatings and paint knowledge or experience would be an asset.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS/inventory software).</li><li>Team player with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Starting salary of $50,000 CAD annually.</li><li>Health and dental benefits after probation period.</li><li>On-the-job training and opportunities for growth.</li><li>A positive, supportive team environment.</li></ul><p>How to Apply</p><p>If you're ready to contribute to a growing company and take on a role that combines customer service with hands-on warehouse operations, we'd love to hear from you</p><p>Please send your resume and cover letter to with the subject line: Sarnia <em>Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist</em></p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p><p>Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
