<p>Our Sarnia Dealership has an immediate opening for experienced, knowledgeable, motivated and career minded, 310T Apprentice Level 2or 3.</p><p>The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment responsible for maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and diagnosing, while performing in a safe and professional manner.</p><p>What do we offer?</p><p>· Competitive Market Hourly Wages</p><p>· $2.00 / hr. premium for Afternoon Shift ($3.00 / hr. on weekends)</p><p>· Excellent Technician Mentorship Program</p><p>· Technician Proficiency Bonus $0.50 - $3.50 per hour depending on performance</p><p>· Paid Vendor and OEM Training Programs, Opportunity to advance to Master Technician Certification</p><p>· Paid time for Online Training</p><p>· Up to $1.70 Hourly Wage Incentive for Online Training Completion</p><p>· $500 Annual Tool Allowance</p><p>· $ HST Annual Boot Allowance</p><p>· Complimentary Uniform Program with dry cleaning</p><p>· Social Perks such as, lunches, BBQs and Holiday meals</p><p>· Company matched RRSP Program</p><p>· Vacation Time Off</p><p>· Extended Healthcare</p><p>· Vision Care</p><p>· Dental Care</p><p>· Disability Insurance</p><p>· Life Insurance</p><p>· Employee Assistance Program</p><p>What's a day like as a 310T Apprentice?</p><ul><li>Manages personal logbook according to Ministry standard.</li><li>Complete assigned duties within qualification level, in accordance with all relevant guidelines and requirements.</li><li>When conducting assigned repairs and/or maintenance identifies and reports any additional maintenance and/or repairs that may be required to be performed by a technician with a higher qualification.</li><li>Records time spent, parts used, and repairs and/or maintenance conducted on appropriate internal forms.</li><li>Strives to maintain a safe and clean, productive and efficient work area.</li></ul><p>Who is our ideal candidate?</p><ul><li>Enrolment at the College of Trades</li><li>1-2 years working experience on heavy equipment and vehicle.</li><li>Has the willingness to learn and strive for excellence in any task undertaken.</li><li>Ability to provide excellent customer service while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Will have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Is Self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li><p>Full Time Permanent</p></li><li><p>8-hour shift</p></li><li><p>Rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm</p></li></ul><p>Salary:<br><br>- $27.00-$32.00*</p><p>*Varies based on Skill, Training, Experience</p><p>License / Certification:</p><ul><li><p>Valid Ontario G Driver's License</p></li><li><p>OSSD</p></li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship</p><p>Pay: $27.00-$36.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>RRSP match</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>Enrollment in Truck and Coach Technician program (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
