About the Project <br>
Pape Tunnel Underground Stations (PTUS) , a vital segment of the Ontario Line, enhances connectivity, reduces congestion, and supports sustainable growth in Toronto. Webuild, in joint venture, leads this project—constructing 3.2 km of tunnel using advanced technology and two underground stations designed for future capacity, safety, accessibility, and seamless integration with Toronto’s transit network. To learn more about our project: Ontario Line - Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations (infrastructureontario.We are hiring a Document Control Coordinator to join our Document Control Team on the Pape Tunnel Underground Station (PTUS). The Document Control Coordinator shall be responsible for: <br>
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Document Control process, including the registration, uploading, distribution, and archiving of technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence. <br>
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of documentation with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. <br>
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, contractual terms, and project-related data. <br>
Retrieve and provide documents upon request, supporting various project teams and departments efficiently. <br>
Develop and manage electronic document workflows to streamline review and approval processes. <br>
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively. <br>
Collaborate closely with other document control teams to align practices and support overall documentation goals. <br>
Prepare detailed, ad-hoc reports and summaries for ongoing projects as needed by management or project leads. <br>
Perform additional administrative or project support duties as required to contribute to overall team success. <br>

Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or a combination of education, training, and experience in Document Management <br>
Minimum 2 years of experience in document management, preferably in an engineering and/or construction-related field <br>
Previous document management experience with complex transit and/or Metrolinx projects is considered an asset <br>
Advanced proficiency with applicable software applications in related fields (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, SharePoint & Aconex)<br>
Experience with Unifier & ProjectWise is considered an asset <br>
Knowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology <br>
Ability to interpret and follow project process, procedures, workflows, and standards <br>
Experience working in a project team environment with ability to build strong rapport with team members, clients, third parties, and subcontractors <br>
