Reporting to the AVP Finance, the Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes that support growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger management

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards

  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies

  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

  • Support ERP or accounting system upgrades and automation initiatives

  • Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team

    Job Requirements:

  • CPA designation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a small to mid-sized company

  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or MS D365)

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
