You’ll be at the forefront of agricultural innovation, showing stakeholders how our technologies can help farmers boost productivity and profitability in a sustainable way.
You’ll be responsible for expanding our reach by turning your connections—and your ability to make new ones—into tangible growth. Your leadership and influence will be felt daily as you travel across your assigned region, supporting your team and forging strong partnerships with AgRetailers. Whether it’s establishing key relationships in your territory or scaling impact across broader markets, you’ll be a strategic force in unlocking growth opportunities.

- Leverage your network and talent for building relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ag Retailers and growers to ensure a robust distribution network.
- Represent our brand at industry events and support the launch of marketing campaigns with distributors and key accounts.
- Contribute to regional P&L and logistics management, identifying and acting on growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan focused on revenue growth.
