Bilingual Call Centre Representative (French)
Job Description
Our client, a large national call center is seeking bilingual (French/English) candidates to join their Toronto team. The representative will process email and phone inquiries relating to building maintenance, as well as other specialized services.
Candidates for this role must be available to rotate through shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the call center operates on a 24/7/365 schedule.
Requirements for the role:
- Bilingual; strong communication skills in both French and English, oral and written.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Sound problem solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Outstanding organizational skills including the ability to maintain an effective balance between multiple and competing priorities.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, team player.
- Handle the flow of calls each day independently.
- Receive, record, and handle requests, complaints, inquiries and communications from stakeholders.
- Provide effective customer service to clients, through oral and written communication.
- Professionally handle and resolve complex, and challenging client complaint issues.
- Liaise with internal departments, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.
- Demonstrate consistent adherence to organizational Best Practices.
