All we ask is that you bring your true self and do all the good you can!</p><p><br></p><p><b>Main Duties:</b></p><p>As the Bellperson, you are the first in contact when a guest enters the hotel. Your main duties include, but not limited to assist/transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, escorting the guest to their accommodations and inform them of all hotel services and features, being responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout their stay and thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities and to practice aggressive hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Vacancy status:</b> This posting represents an active vacancy for which we are currently hiring.</p><p><br></p><p><b>General Duties:</b></p><ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.</li><li>Assist with handling luggage, including loading and unloading.</li><li>Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.</li><li>Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing.</li><li>Open doors and maintain a welcoming entrance area.</li><li>Arrange transportation services for guests.</li><li>Keep the hotel entrance area and lobby clean and orderly.</li><li>Assist guests with special needs or requests.</li><li>Monitor guest arrivals and departures.</li><li>Coordinate with other hotel team members for seamless guest experiences.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Uphold hotel standards of hospitality and service excellence.</li><li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.</li><li>Embody the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission and Compass; deliver on Our Promise, provide Good-Natured Service and uphold our Brand Pillars.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
