Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at Agincourt Mazda.

Pay Rate: Estimated total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, inclusive of salary and bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles
- Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
- Train staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by Sales Manager
- Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers
- Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants
- Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
- Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast
Qualifications:
- Strong professional background in sales and customer service
- Drive for excellence
- Strong leadership abilities
- Valid Driver’s License for Ontario with 3+ years of driving experience
- Valid OMVIC License
- Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
