The ideal candidate is not only highly proficient in electrical work but also an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of leading a team.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial, and residential projects.</li><li>Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Plan, organize, and execute electrical projects efficiently and on schedule.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice and solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on projects.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>309A Journeyman Electrician certification (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical work.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and a clean driving record.</li></ul><strong>What We Offer:</strong><ul><li>Hourly wage of $32-$45/hr</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A supportive team environment.</li><li>Company work vehicle</li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan</li></ul><strong>Please note, only qualified candidates will be contacted.</strong></p></p>
