Key Responsibilities:

• Command our proprietary water-fed poles like a virtuoso, effortlessly reaching windows up to 6 stories high without leaving the ground.
• Master the art of streak-free cleaning, using eco-friendly solutions and precision techniques to deliver impeccable results.
• Showcase your versatility by tackling additional tasks such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing, expanding your repertoire and delighting clients with comprehensive exterior maintenance solutions.
• Utilize your ground game marketing prowess to engage in cold prospecting, door hangers distribution, and effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, driving business growth and fostering lasting relationships with our valued clients
• Collaborate closely with your fellow technicians, sharing insights and techniques to ensure every window sparkles with perfection.

Qualifications:

• Prior window cleaning and/or sales experience is highly desired but not required, more important is a willingness to learn
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License required
• Must be able to lift 20lbs as required
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every window receives the meticulous care it deserves.
• Must be comfortable using computers, smartphones, and mobile/desktop applications
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate clients with our revolutionary approach and leave every client feeling 100% satisfied with our cleaning services
• Team player mentality, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Conversational fluency in other languages is an asset

Pay:

• $16.55-$19.50/hour based on experience plus additional commission, tips and bonuses!
• Pay will be subject to $0.50/hour monthly increases based on performance
• Monthly end-of-month cash bonuses
• Quarterly performance bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $16.55-$19.50 per hour
