Warehouse Associate – Hub

Canon Canada is seeking a dedicated Warehouse associate who will be reporting to our warehouse supervisor. This position plays a vital role in the efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that daily tasks are performed with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and verify parts and products, maintaining accuracy in quantities and descriptions against item numbers.
  • Package and ship parts and products, ensuring accuracy in matching shipping orders and creating bill of lading.
  • Receive inbound products, conduct verification of quantities and shipments, inspect for damages, and accurately document in the system.
  • Participate in monthly and annual inventory cycle counts, investigating any discrepancies found.
  • Process returns by conducting visual inspections, matching quantities and SKU numbers before restocking products.
  • Perform daily inspections on all Material Handling Equipment before operation.
  • Adhere to company and legislative health and safety policies and laws. Additionally, maintain a clean and safe work environment by sorting recycling and garbage to minimize environmental impact.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (No degree required)
  • Minimal Warehouse experience required
  • Forklift Certification considered an asset
  • Basic analytical skills to verify quantities against reports
  • Basic computer/technical skills: RF scanner, Warehouse Management System etc.
  • Basic time management/multi-tasking skills to meet daily warehouse deadlines
  • Basic equipment operation skills: Forklifts, strapper, wrapping machine, scales is an asset
