A global fast-growing, entrepreneurial color cosmetics company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager to join the team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by utilizing and optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team. What You’ll Do

Supervision and Leadership:


  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide guidance and training to new warehouse employees.
  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management:

  • Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory record and track stock levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, audit to identify and rectify inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and receiving teams to ensure seamless stock replenishment.
  • Operational Efficiency:


  • Develop and implement efficient processes for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Control:

  • Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure accuracy and precision in order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products, storage conditions, and warehouse facilities to maintain quality standards
  • Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or discrepancies.
  • Safety and Compliance:


  • Enforce safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse.
  • Monitor the safety on the equipment
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business Admin, Logistics or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
