We are seeking a Warehouse Salesperson to join our team. (experienced/freshers)
Responsibilities
Obtaining new business and providing excellent service to existing relationships. • Identify gaps and current service shortfalls • Prospect on leads and generate new business, establish new relationships with potential clients • Develop customized solutions for the client and be the initial point of contact • Act as a liaison between the client and the operations team • Negotiate pricing with carriers and clients
Qualifications
1-2 operations and/or dispatch experience an asset in a warehouse or freight forwarding background. • Proven knowledge and progressive sales experience within the freight and warehousing industry an asset • Ability to anticipate, determine, capture and analyze customer-specific, trade related business information requirements • Excellent prospecting, negotiating, and closing capabilities • Proven track record to achieve/exceed sales target goals • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
