Warehouse Production Associate – Night Shift

We are seeking a reliable Receiver/Production Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and loaded for delivery. This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth within the company for committed and dependable individuals.

Schedule Available:

• Sunday to Thursday – Night shift 9:30 pm to 5:30 am

Salary:

• $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid weekly) overtime paid after 44hours per week ($20.00*1.5=30.00 p/h)

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stock inventory and perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize workflows.
• Load box trucks following pick sheets and conduct quality inspections on products.
• Upload and update inventory and shipping information in the company’s software system.
• Operate RF scanners for tracking and managing stock and order processing.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items in inventory.
• Assist in managing stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Support drivers during the loading process and ensure shipments are properly prepared.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required and 1 year as a shipping and receiving.
• Proven reliability and a strong attendance record. We will ask for job references.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and software navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps.
• Personal Protective Equipment (safety footwear).
