Full job description

This is a full-time position.

We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Labourer to join our facility in Woodbridge, Ontario. The Warehouse Labourer will be responsible for ensuring inventory is organized, stored, picked and packaged.

  • The ideal candidate is comfortable standing through out the day picking orders and lifting up to 35 lbs.

What You Will Do:

  • Moves inventory and materials across facilities.
  • Prepares inventory for delivery.
  • Performs monthly inventory counts.
  • Sorts, organizes and stores inventory in the proper location.
  • Reports damaged or missing inventory to supervisor.
  • Stacks and organizes large bulk items.
  • Removes inventory from trucks to proper location.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Wears safety gear and PPE at all times.
  • Must be able to operate a manual electric truck.
  • Ensures workspace is free of debris and removes safety hazards from aisles.
  • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.

What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent attendance, reliable, and punctual.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Must pass a criminal background check provided by the company.
  • Must follow all health and safety procedure and policies as required by the organization.
  • Must wear steel toe shoes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
