In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and light instrumentation assembly—ensuring products reach customers with precision and care.</p><p>If you seek a role where you are a valued team member with real opportunities for growth and development, this is the opportunity for you.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Quality assurance checks on inbound inventory</li><li>Order picking and preparation</li><li>Handle stock, shelving, and inventory control</li><li>Cycle counting</li><li>Maintain internal records and procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li>Support general warehouse operations</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)</h3><ul><li>Perform precise work requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills</li><li>Frequently stand, walk, bend, and handle tools and instrumentation</li><li>Visual acuity for reading measurements, gauges, calibration marks, and detailed assembly work</li><li>Occasionally lift, carry, and move parts or equipment weighing up to 40 lbs</li><li>Work in a shop environment with exposure to tools, equipment, and occasional heat during welding or brazing</li><li>Occasionally travel to customer locations, which may involve loading/unloading and setup of equipment</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma preferred</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluent in English, both oral and written, required</li><li>Proficient in operating handheld devices for scanning, receiving, and shipping units, preferred</li><li>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in ERP platforms such as NetSuite or Oracle, preferred</li><li>Team player with an interest in learning</li><li>Organized with the ability to keep records</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Mechanical aptitude</li><li>Punctual and reliable</li></ul><p>Winters Instruments is committed to providing accommodations in all parts of the recruitment and employment process, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
