Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

Job Description

Shift:  Friday (12:30pm-9:00pm), Saturday and Sunday (9am – 5:30pm) and as required


As a Warehouse Associate you will:

  • Conduct customer product order picks and load delivery trucks
  • Complete inventory counts with Supervisor
  • Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document, as required
  • Use RF (Radio Frequency) Scanner to scan products and items into WMS system
  • Complete customer pick-up orders, as required, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures and regulations and maintain a clean working environment
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, as required
  • Work together as part of the Operations team to exceed goals and expectations


Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see: 

  • High school diploma
  • Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
  • Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
  • Ability to think quickly and tackle problems
  • Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Scanners
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate material handling equipment (ie., forklift, pallet truck, order picker, walkie, reach truck, etc.)
  • Experience working within a warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse management systems are considered assets
