Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming products.
• Pick and prepare orders from freezer storage.
• Clean and organize warehouse areas including freezer and cooler.
• Report any damage to racks, equipment, or warehouse infrastructure.
• Assist with vehicle loading and unloading.
• Ensure order accuracy, especially in absence of Warehouse Lead.
• Operate RF scanners for inventory functions.
• Receive inbound shipments and document weights.
• Perform daily supply counts and weekly cycle counts.
• Replenish stock, relabel products, and restack pallets as needed.
• Pull and weigh halibut orders.
• Clean and wash delivery vehicles weekly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay until work is completed when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working in freezer environments for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Must wear safety shoes at all times.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
